ONLINE AUDITION: TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Dr Love is Back! Show online audition process is managed by BH Channel Pte Ltd (“Organiser”), who holds responsibility and ownership of the Dr Love is Back! Show.
2. Potential talents are invited to submit online an audition video to join the Dr Love is Back! Show as a talent.
3. The online audition is open to everyone aged 18 years and above.
4. To audition please, create an audition video consisting of:
a. an introduction of yourself, including your name, location, work experience, and reasons for wanting to be considered for show (max 1 min); and
b. a sample performance (max 2 mins) showcasing your talent.
Upload your video to YouTube as a private video with password. Fill in the application form at www.drloveisback.show/audition.
5. Your audition video must be completely original and must not have been taken or composed, in whole or in part, from any other source and must not have been released commercially. Audition videos which contain materials that are not the original work of the entrant, or are illegible or incomplete will not be accepted.
6. Shortlisted auditionees will be contacted via the email address or mobile number provided and may be required to attend further auditions online or in person.
7. Shortlisted auditionees should be willing to participate in marketing and promotions relating to the show as reasonably requested.
8. Audition videos will be viewed by the key members of the filmmaking team as needed for the purposes of short-listing and selecting the final talent/s.
9. The Organiser will contact the shortlisted auditionees directly following selection. If a potential talent cannot be reached within seven (7) days, the potential talent may be disqualified and, an alternative talent may be selected from the remaining auditionees.
10. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the shortlist or talent post.
11. The Organiser assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this online audition or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this online audition. The Organiser is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to an auditionees or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials relating to the online audition.
12. The Organiser’s decision is final.
13. Auditionees must be able to attend the scheduled online or offline filming or event determined by the Organiser.
